I provide, with each painting purchased, a brief written description of my thinking behind its symbolic images.  However, it is my hope that my paintings will speak to your spirit, and you will find them meaningful to your own life and thought.

Most of this work is mixed media -- composed of a combination of acrylic, watercolor and collaged painted papers.  Some have embedded "ephemera" and therefore may have texture or three-dimensional effects.  They may be on canvas, paper, or board -- and may or may not be matted, depending on the nature of the substrate and the painting.  Most are framed with repurposed frames.

All paintings are original (no prints).

Commissions are happily accepted.  Please contact me, and I will explain how I work on commission.
